I am a Professor of Economic Policy. I earned a PhD in Economics from the University of Rome Tor Vergata and an MSc in Economics and Finance from the University of Naples “Federico II”.

I held a post-doc position at the University of the Azores, and I spent visiting periods at the University Carlos III Madrid, the University of York, VU Amsterdam, and the University of Salamanca.

My research fields include inequality and poverty, labor economics, and economics of disability. I have presented my papers at international conferences and workshops, and published them in highly reputable academic journals such as the Review of Income and Wealth, the Journal of Economic Inequality, the European Journal of Health Economics, and the Review of Economics of the Household.
